From March 13 to April 14, competitions, joint rehearsals and other events of the 12th Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Celebration will be discontinued. Further information about the progress of the Celebration planning and organizing will follow after 14th April.

“The Celebration organizers strictly follow the decisions and recommendations of the goverment about the evolving situation with the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). At the moment we have stopped the all pre-Celebration competitons and joint rehersals, as well as modeling different scenarios of the Celebration development depending on the situation in the country, ”says Agra Bērziņa, Executive Director of the XII Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Celebration.
